Who we are

This website, sia-albandi.gr, belongs to Theodosia Albandi (Sia Albandi Designs). She is responsible for any personal data handled through it. You can reach her at sia.albandi@gmail.com.

What this site does not do

There is no shop, no account and no newsletter. The site does not ask for your name or address and does not store anything you type.

The enquiry form

The form on the contact page does not send anything to us. When you press “Send enquiry”, it opens your own email program with your message already written. Nothing leaves your device until you send that email yourself.

If you do email us, we use your name, address and message only to answer you, and delete the conversation when it is no longer needed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

The site works without cookies. The only cookies it sets come from Google Analytics, and only if you press “Accept” on the cookie bar. If you press “Decline”, no analytics script is loaded at all.

Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name cookieConsent, so you are not asked on every page. It never leaves your device.

Google Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It tells us which pages are visited, roughly from which country and on which kind of device, and which site sent you here. We use it only to see what interests visitors. Advertising features are switched off.

Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data is kept for 14 months and then deleted. Google may process data in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google’s standard contractual clauses.

If we use Google Tag Manager, it is loaded under the same rule: only after you accept. Tag Manager sets no cookies of its own; it loads Google Analytics.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Choosing “Decline” there removes the analytics cookies.

Fonts and hosting

The fonts are served from this website itself, so no request goes to Google Fonts. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm, 30 minutes) if it suspects automated traffic; this is necessary for the site to work and needs no consent.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to sia.albandi@gmail.com.

You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, or to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
